A Bold Play About Diversity, Friendship, and Societal Mores.

Don Welch's play, The Bachlorette Party, starring D.C. native 'Genuwine' is a very timely and poignant performance that touches on many of the dynamics facing men, women, families, friends, and relationships today.

What starts out as a celebration for an upcoming marriage at the home of the bride-to-be, and eight close-knit friends, turns into an unraveling tale of suspense, drama, comedy, and even murder.

For all those who have ever just sat around the coffee table (or 'the cut') with a group of your best buddies, or girlfriends, dishing on current events or just having a plain old rap session, truth is, something from this play will touch you on a personal level.

DC Urban LifeStyle Magazine went backstage to interview the cast. Read excerpts from the cast members' interviews.
